Santa Claus VS Y’Shua (Jesus)

by (Author Unknown)

Santa lives at the North Pole....Y'shua is everywhere.

Santa rides in a sleigh.....Y'Shua rides on the wind and walks on the water.

Santa comes but once a year.... Y'Shua is an ever present help in time of trouble.

Santa fills your stockings with goodies.....Y'Shua stands ready to enter your life upon invitation and fill you with the Ruach Ha Kodesh (The Holy Spirit).

Santa makes you wait in line.... Y'Shua is as close as the mention of His name in a silent prayer.

Santa rides around at night in darkness.... Y'Shua is The Light of the World

Santa rewards based on your behavior.... Y'Shua rewards and gives based on what you let Him do for you by Faith.

Santa taunts little children with you better be good..... Y'Shua says, "Come unto me all who are weak and heavy laden and I will give you rest."

Santa lets you sit on his lap....Y'Shua lets you rest in his arms.

Santa doesn't know your name, all he can do is say, "Hi little boy or girl, what's your name?".....Y'Shua knew you name before you were conceived and knows every thing about you, even the number of hairs on your head.

Y'Shua knows your address, your birthday, and the glorious day that you'll come home to heaven to live with him for all eternity.

Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly.... Y'Shua has a heart full of love and compassion.

All Santa can offer is Ho, Ho, Ho....Y'Shua offers help, health, hope and life eternal.

Santa says you better not cry....Y'Shua wept tears of compassion and said "Cast all your cares on me, for I care for you.

Santa makes toys.....Y'Shua makes life new, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes, and builds mansions.

Santa may make you chuckle but Y'Shua will give you joy that is your strength.

Santa gets the credit for putting gifts under a tree....Y'Shua became our gift from God and died on a tree.

It's obvious there is really no comparison between the legend of Santa and the truth of the Living Son of God. If you are a believer, remember who is the reason for the season and that at this season Y’Shua the Messiah celebrated the Feast of Dedication in Hebrew called "Chanukah".

Y’Shua never celebrated Dec 25 the winter solstice which honored the pagan fertility Sun-God, He always did celebrate the Feasts of the Lord.  So in your celebrations ask yourself really what would Jesus do? The answer is clear if you look at the Holy Scriptures.
